We have automated our billing suspension process. It is simply not feasible for us to call on over 200 accounts each month to collect payment. For any account that becomes past due by 60+ days or if your automatic payment method has failed, we will automatically suspend your account at 9:30AM, Monday through Thursday. No customer will be shutoff on Friday-Sunday or on holidays. Business accounts are excluded. If you suffer from a temporary financial issue, you may work out arrangements with us in advance to avoid being suspended by calling our billing department. If you have been suspended or wish to make a payment, you can do so by logging into your account online 24hrs a day by going to https://billing.shelbybb.com.
